Ingredients: Salt, Red chillie, Tumeric , Papain, Black Pepper, Curry Leaf,coriander , Nigella Seed, Cumin, Green Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Black Cumin, Clove, Ginger, Mustard Seed, Dehydrated Onion, Garlic.

Tooba  Haleem Masala Spice Mix (1+1 Two bags inside) Meat Grains and Pulses Curry

Ingredients Required:

  • 1 to 11 kg    Chicken
  • 5 Pieces finely sliced (300 gm
  • Onion (Medium)
  • 11/2 cups whipped 1300 gm)
  • Yogurt (Plain)
  • 1 Tablespoon
  • Garlic Paste
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon
  • Ginger (Chopped)
  • 1 to 1/2 cup (250 gm)
  • Oil/Ghee
  • 1 Packet (50 gm)
Steps of Cooking:
  1. Fry Onion in Oil/Ghee till light golder brown. Remove from heat and drain the oli Ghee. Spread the fried Onions on an absorbent paper Allow it to cool and when crisps crush it coarsely with a rolling pin.

  2. 2. Hin the same ochee add Garlic paste and fry for few seconds, then add Chicken, Yogurt, Ginger and TooBA CHICKEN SPICE MIX. Cover and cook on a low heat until the chicken meat is tender. (if desired. add on cup water)

  3. 3. Add crushed fried onions and stir. Then cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until OiGhee separates from the gravy Delecious TooBA CHICKEN SPICE MIX is ready.

  4. Serving Sugestions "Serve with hot Naans or Taftan. Serve 12 to 16 Person
